Note on photography, filming and data privacy:
The event will be documented by a photographer commissioned by us. Photos or videos of you may be taken. The photos will be made available to Intranet users on the Intranet under Unternehmen/Veranstaltungen/Messen. The publication/redistribution of these photographs and videos to the public, i.e. including on the Internet or via social media, is not permitted.

The right to one's own image will of course also be respected at this event. If you do not agree to a photograph, please inform the photographer immediately on site. He will then delete the recording in your presence.
